The staff made sure we felt
Right at home from the moment we arrived. Their friendliness was genuine and impactful. The room was spacious, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. I did notice some areas that needed attention, such as the pools being quite small and the breakfast offering feeling a bit limited.

stars hotel & spa is in a beautiful area, just a 25-minute walk to the center. our suite was huge, complete with a jacuzzi and a massive king-size bed. great value for money! the staff were phenomenal, making our stay even more enjoyable. also, the lunch buffet was impressive with a variety of tasty dishes, all for a reasonable price.
it'd be great if the wi-fi was more reliable.

The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We had issues with the key card, which was just one for two guests. It was chaotic since one of us had to wait outside when the other wanted to enter. The pool area lacked any service, meaning we had to leave to get drinks and bring them back ourselves. When we asked for a late checkout to enjoy the pool a little longer, we were firmly declined, even though there was no one else there.

I was blown away by the cozy ambiance and the blissful spa treatments that made my stay so relaxing! The rooftop pool and steam room offered great ways to unwind after a long day of exploring. The only hiccup was that the Wi-Fi occasionally lagged, but it didn’t put a damper on my overall experience. 😊

We had a fantastic time exploring the nearby attractions. the royal theater is just a short stroll away and is absolutely stunning! The staff were super friendly and took care of us, especially during our meal at the hotel restaurant, which we enjoyed multiple times.
My kids wished for more entertainment options around the pool area.

great stay but minor issues
The location of this hotel is superb! Just a short walk to the medina and close to various dining options. The city view from our Superior Double Room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. We arrived late, yet we found plenty of places to eat nearby.
The Wi-Fi connectivity in our room was intermittently slow.

The suite with a jacuzzi felt luxurious, and the spacious layout added to the comfort of our four-night stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential given the heat. The rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape, although it could use more sunbeds. Breakfast included fresh omelettes and plenty of bread, which kept us satisfied, though there were no options for packed breakfasts. The hotel is located conveniently close to great restaurants like Barometre and Al Fassia. One downside was the noise. the walls are not very soundproof. Still, the staff, especially Khaled at the front desk and Abdelwahab the manager, provided exceptional service that made us feel welcomed. It’s a great place to stay if you don't mind minimal options for breakfast and some noise during busy times.

Family friendly but some hiccups
The location was ideal. The hotel is away from the loudness, but still very accessible to shops. We had a massage in the spa, and it was a highlight. Truly loved that experience.
